About the Team Our SEA team isn't a traditional corporate satellite; it’s a regional engine. We are currently solving the challenge of breaking into fragmented markets with a lean, high-impact model. What You'll Do Define and drive the commercial strategy to make Nothing a household name across Southeast Asia. Identify, structure, and close high-impact partnerships with telcos, distributors, and retail innovators. Build a regional growth engine by developing unconventional partnership models that scale. Translate our global ambition into sharp, market-level execution that works on the ground. Act as the brand custodian, ensuring Nothing feels local and relevant without losing its global edge. Partner with HQ teams to align regional needs with our global branding & product roadmap. Prioritise resources ruthlessly, deciding where to go deep and where to scale for maximum impact. What We're Looking For Regional expertise across Southeast Asia, with deep local knowledge in at least one key market such as Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, or Malaysia Fluent in Mandarin to bridge the gap between our regional partners and the global supply chain. A proven track record of building and scaling revenue-driving partnerships from scratch. High ownership and a builder mentality—you create structure where there is none and never say "that's not my job." A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, focusing on what works in-market rather than what looks good on a slide. Comfortable with the speed and ambiguity of a startup; you move fast because you’re independent. An instinct for design and culture, with the drive to deliver excellence in every partner interaction.
