Responsibilities
  • Effective management of rotas, employee relations issues and recruitment
  • Accountable for developing a successful team and succession planning
  • Ensuring all managaers and team members are trained to appropraite standard
  • Ensuring the hotel is meeting and exceeding our guests expectations
  • Ensuring any issues in the hotel are effectively resolved
  • Ensuring the business is hitting targets in labour, revenue, GP’s and other KPI’s
  • Being the host and figurehead of the venue, supporting the smooth running of the operation
  • Leading from the front and having a hands-on approach
  • A focus on maximising revenue and profitability whilst ensuring the highest possible level of the guest experience
