We are searching for a General Manager to join our Parkland on the Commons team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

• Undergraduate degree in health-related field, business or hospitality required
• Master’s degree in health-related field, business or hospitality an asset
• Minimum 5 years management experience
• Previous experience in working with the elderly in long-term care or a seniors retirement living environment an asset
• Extensive knowledge of the Halifax (HRM) area
• Experience Managing in a Unionized environment
• Diploma in gerontology an asset
• Must be willing to participate in related professional affiliations as identified by the organizatio
