Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead match day, retail, hospitality, and conference & banqueting operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and delivery.
  • Drive profitability and financial performance, managing budgets, P&Ls, and cost efficiencies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring all contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
  • Motivate, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
  • Implement innovative revenue-driving strategies, optimising sales across all operational departments.
  • Oversee health & safety, compliance, and operational audits, ensuring the highest standards are met.
  • Manage labour control, stock management, and supply chain efficiencies in line with company policies.
