We are looking for a reliable, creative & entrepreneurial General Manager to join and lead our team in our busy restaurant. The right candidate will embrace the autonomy given to run the business. You will have a genuine passion for Thai food and exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will recruit, develop and train your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer experience.

EXPERIENCE

• 1 year minimum experience required in the same role

• Taking ownership of HR within the business

• Being fully accountable for guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development, both FOH and BOH.
• Strong knowledge of HR and disciplinary procedures
• Hands on shift management
• Take ownership of the P&L and take the necessary steps to improve sales & Growth.
