JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Front-of House Manager and Sommelier to enhance our dining experience by providing expert wine recommendations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a level one Sommelier certification working towards a level two certification, or, preferably, a level two certification. A strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine or elevated dining settings. This role requires a deep understanding of wines, food pairings, and the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
