General Manager – Sport Leisure & Community Venue SW London up to £40k plus bonuses We are looking for a passionate, hands-on General Manager to lead and grow a vibrant leisure and community venue in Sutton. You will be responsible for all aspects of site performance, creating engaging experiences for visitors, and building strong connections with the local community. In this role, you will be at the heart of operations, driving outreach, nurturing a welcoming environment, and ensuring the venue becomes a valued hub for people of all ages and backgrounds. What you’ll do: Lead, mentor and develop a motivated team to deliver excellent service Oversee daily operations, health & safety, and facility standards Drive local engagement, partnerships and outreach initiatives Grow participation and community involvement through programmes, events and promotions About you: Proven experience in operations, team leadership and customer service within leisure, hospitality, sport or fitness.
