Salary: up to £50,000 (including service & tips).

We’re on the hunt for a one-of-a-kind leader — a hospitality heavyweight with heart, hustle, and humour — to take the wheel at our legendary St Pancras Restaurant.
This is no ordinary venue. It’s fast, fun, and full of energy. A place where sleepy-eyed commuters, brunch enthusiasts, and curious tourists all come together for one thing: a Breakfast Club experience they won’t forget.
And that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a General Manager with the personality to lead from the front, the sharpness to keep the engine running smoothly, and the warmth to make every guest feel like a regular.
