About the Role
We’re not looking for a clipboard manager. This is about running one of Abu Dhabi’s most exciting rebrands — a high-volume bar and restaurant that doubles as a cultural venue. Food and beverage is only half the story. The other half is live music, themed nights, and building a scene that people actually want to belong to.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who can run the floor, keep the books balanced, and still understand why it matters when a Green Day or Limp Bizkit show sells out in this city. Someone who knows F&B aand also understands the culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and events.
  • Develop and execute creative programming — live music, brunches, indie, country, and more.
  • Lead and inspire FOH and BOH teams.
  • Drive financial performance (budgets, cost control, reporting).
  • Build and sustain a loyal community of guests.
  • Collaborate with ownership on brand vision and direction.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in hospitality management.
  • Strong F&B experience with high-volume operations.
  • Genuine passion for music, nightlife, and culture.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Financial literacy and operational expertise.
  • A creative edge — someone who can manage the chaos without killing the energy.

Language Known

  • English - Native
