JOB DESCRIPTION

The Staybridge Suites London by IHG is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive financial performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at this all-suites property.

QUALIFICATIONS (ESSENTIAL)

  • Prior experience with IHG, Hilton, or Marriott is required.
  • 3–10+ years in senior hotel leadership, with proven General Manager experience.
  • Demonstrated success in hotel operations, financial performance, and people development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Legal right to work in Canada.

    Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, profitability, and team leadership.
  • Initiate actions to support property revenue and profitability goals.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate property performance using revenue, guest satisfaction, and associate management data.
  • Implement budgets, sales plans, and forecasts for the hotel.
  • Identify and champion creative marketing solutions that fit the brand and property needs.
  • Understand and leverage sales and marketing advantages over competitor properties while serving as a public relations representative for the hotel and brand.
  • Actively participate in the local community and build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and hotel team members to establish and implement services and programs that meet or exceed guest expectations.
