Responsibilities
  • Work car deals alongside the team, closing deals and driving revenue
  • Train, coach, and mentor salespeople to reach and exceed their goals
  • Lead with passion and accountability, setting the tone for every department
  • Push the pace and outperform your managers in sales, service, and operations
  • Ability to cultivate positive relationships with the OEM, lenders, and vendor-partner relationships
