About this role
Owning and operating an extensive collection of building and engineering assets coupled with the establishment of a significant portfolio of projects to deliver has resulted in the requirement for a visionary Associate Director to join the team.
As a vital part of the newly created leadership team the Associate Director is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Strategy, Assets and Planning directorate. As the strategic planning leader this role will provide clear direction, leadership and expertise related to architectural, urban and space planning issues to functional leads, their team and other stakeholders.
Reporting to the Director of Property and Commercial Services you’ll be tertiary qualified in ideally architecture, planning or engineering coupled with proven leadership ability. With your agile approach you will have a track record in the delivery and management of strategy and planning activities in a complex environment. You will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, show an aptitude for critical thinking and a resilience in the face of changing priorities and challenging projects.
