CUSTOMER SERVICE:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role (Subway experience is a plus).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and create actionable plans.
• Proficient in inventory management and scheduling software.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
