Curate and host exclusive resident events and dynamic lifestyle programs, cultivating a tight-knit community and a unique sense of belonging! You are the Financial Specialist! Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and community income flow, ensuring the financial health and stability of the community. Maximize net operating income (NOI) while ensuring a positive resident and associate experience, achieving both financial success and resident satisfaction! Maintain precise financial records and uphold top-tier integrity with strict accounting standards! Requirements Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role: 5-6 years of experience in the multifamily industry or a related hospitality field. Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of multifamily professionals (at least 2 years of experience). Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in relevant software and technology (property management systems, etc.). CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable. Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
