GENERAL MANAGER

We are seeking a General Manager who can take ownership and pride in driving our business and our team forward. As a General Manager, you will be fully accountable for all performance measurements including but not limited to, financial, health & safety, standards, employee satisfaction & guest satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the organisation and control of all aspects of the operation in line with the strategic plan for growth and profitability of the business.
You will supervise and control all aspects of the business within budgetary guidelines and to comply with the client, company, and statutory regulations.
​This is a fantastic brand new opportunity to run a beautifully elegant Day Spa and Health Club. The Day Spa is extremely popular with plans to expand and increase usage in 2023

  • To lead by example, nurture, develop and empower the departments through respect, discipline, and guidance.
  • To ensure all company and statutory regulations pertaining to health & safety, hygiene & fire are always adhered to
  • To ensure a standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene as to comply with company and statutory regulations
  • To ensure your team always wears the correct standard of dress or uniform
  • To promote the Health and Wellbeing of your staff & guests
  • To prepare information on financial and operational performance and activity as requested.
  • To maintain a happy, helpful, and professional manner and attitude at all times
  • To be hands on and actively manage daily operation of designated area
