JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
  • Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food production processes.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality.
  • Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with strong communication skills to engage both staff and customers effectively.
