We’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead the charge in delivering unforgettable experiences, from match-day madness to laid-back evenings and high-energy activations. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations with flair, precision, and a passion for hospitality Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest service Curate the vibe — from sports screenings to themed nights and community events Manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to elevate the brand experience Qualifications A seasoned hospitality professional with 3+ years in venue or restaurant management Passionate about sports, food, and creating memorable guest moments A natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy environments Familiar with Dubai’s F&B scene and local regulations Additional Information Why work for Accor?
