As our General Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of our premier marina and service yard. If you excel in fast-paced environments and lead with confidence, we invite you to apply. Responsibilities Financial Oversight: Set and achieve goals aligned with operating and capital budgets. Monitor budget performance weekly. Implement controls to safeguard financial and physical assets. Property & Operations: Oversee daily business operations and service yard activities. Forecast labor needed for various projects. Maintain equipment, docks, grounds, and facilities. Supervise inventory control. Leadership & Collaboration: Communicate across departments to keep projects on track and within budget. Customer Relations: Maintain professional relationships with agencies, contractors, vendors, members, and guests. Ensure compliance with marina-related government regulations and reporting. Safety Compliance: Comply with all safety procedures (OSHA, EPA, DEEP, etc.). Other: All duties as assigned. The compensation range for this role is between $120,000 - $140,000 BOE. Requirements Experience: Minimum five (5) years of management experience, including direction of employees, financial and budget-related tasks, inventory control, and customer relations. Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Qualifications Previous marina-related experience required. Skilled in project operations and workflow management. Basic understanding of financial statements. Proficient in Microsoft Office. General knowledge of industry’s legal rules, regulations, and guidelines. Outstanding communication and people skills.
