The Linen House is a vibrant collection of venues comprising of Sweet Afton, The Perch, Franklins, Rita’s and The Press Room situated in the heart of Belfast’s Historic Linen Quarter. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced General Manager to lead our team.
The Role
As General Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue. You’ll inspire your team, drive commercial success, and work towards growth and development of the business. You will receive direct support from our Operations Manager to help you achieve your goals and maintain high standards across the board.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record in managing high-quality hospitality venues
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor
  • Expenditure, use of budgets, cash handling, stock control and forecasting
  • A passion for customer experience, service standards, and team culture
  • Understanding of licensing, health & safety, and compliance

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and support a high-performing team
  • Drive revenue through events, promotions, and local partnerships
  • Oversee stock control, rota management, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing and operational regulations
  • Be a hands-on presence on the floor, setting the tone for service

What We Offer

  • Salary of £35,000 to £37,000 depending on experience
