The Little & Large Pub Company team have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team. We are looking for an ambitious and creative Assistant GM to support the GM in the running and Growth of this new site.

What you’ll do…

  • Ensuring the restaurant/pub area are H&S compliant for each shift
  • Run the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team alongside the GM
  • Coordinating and running the reservations system
  • Drafting Floor plan based on covers
  • Supporting the GM with Food & Beverage stock; ordering, stock counts
  • Support the GM on training of wine, food and beverage menus
  • Cash handling and daily reporting
  • Responsible for the service on the floor and bar
  • Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the Pub
  • Working with the culinary team on menus, service and product availability
