Job Description As the General Manager of Lounges, you will responsible for: Job Responsibilities: Ensure that every cocktail and guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence Collaborate and maintain a seasonal, service-driven cocktail menu that enhances the guest experience and complements our culinary program Educate and mentor lounge management and staff on cocktail preparation, service standards, and personalized guest engagement Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maintain an efficient and profitable program without compromising quality Engage with guests, gather feedback, and proactively enhance the bar experience to progress the department Uphold all health, cleanliness, safety, and legal regulations relevant to bar operations Qualifications Proven experience in cocktail program management or lead role in a high-volume, service-oriented, luxury hospitality environment Deep knowledge of cocktail trends, spirits, and mixology techniques, including World 50 Best Bars and Michelin Restaurants Strong leadership and training skills with a passion for team building Keen attention to detail and commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences Excellent communication and organizational skills Multi-venue management experience required Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
