Responsibilities

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales, responsible for the overall success of the Toyota brand in the market in terms of sales performance and market share growth.

  • Formulate business objectives and sales strategies (B2B and B2C), operational plansand budgets to achieve business targets in accordance with both Company’s, as well as our OEM partner’s strategic objectives.
  • Strategize the go-to-market proposition and ensure achievement of the annual operation plan, both top-line and bottom-line targets. Achieving success against other strategic KPIs is required, such as Financing and Insurance penetration rate and Trade-in rate.
  • Drive business outcomes through strong stakeholder management of both internal and external stakeholders through leadership and influencing skills.
  • Engage our OEM partner and partner them towards achieving our sales performance and market share for the brand.
  • Drive a positive customer experience to uphold our brand standard.
  • Oversee the retail sites operations, ensure that sales showroom, processes, operations are maintained at optimal and compliant level.
  • You will also be assigned functional related adhoc projects and duties from time to time, and you will collaborate with inter-depts to ensure targets / objectives are met
