REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
• 3+ years experience leading or supervising a small-to-medium-sized team
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), order software (e.g. NetSuite), and Microsoft Office
• OSHA/forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and support physical tasks during peak times
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the warehouse distribution facility, leading a small team in logistics, order fulfillment, and customer support. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on support and is ideal for a results-driven leader who excels in both managing people and delivering excellent service. The GM will lead safety, performance, and sales execution while maintaining operational efficiency and strong customer relationships.
