GENERAL MANAGER

Tudor’s Biscuit World is seeking a General Manager to join our team. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with an emphasis on food quality, freshness, and sanitation. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader in the restaurant industry with a passion for creating high quality food that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of management experience in a high volume environment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to manage a team of at least 3 people
• Food Handler’s Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
