Responsibilities

We’re looking for a strong General Manager to lead and coordinate operations across our San Angelo, TX headquarters and remotely manage our Florida facility. This role will oversee multi-department teams, act as the liaison between all departments, and ensure smooth communication, accountability, and follow-through across the organization.
You’ll work closely with the owners and leadership team to align departmental priorities with company objectives, set clear action plans, and drive progress toward long-term goals. A key part of your role will be identifying issues early, developing and implementing corrective plans, and consistently bringing forward ideas for improvement that help our organization grow stronger.
We need someone with confidence and presence that can easily lead and influence our teams, someone who thrives in a high-pressure and fast-paced industry where tensions can run high, yet can keep teams focused, productive, and moving forward. You’ll also help foster a positive workplace culture and assess workloads to determine overtime or hiring needs.
