ROLE: General Manager – Used Car Supermarket
SALARY: £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (Realistic OTE £80,000+)
LOCATION: Stoke-on-Trent

• Take full responsibility for branch performance, profitability, and growth
• Lead, inspire, and develop both sales and operational teams
• Deliver volume, revenue, and gross profit targets
• Oversee all showroom, sales, and aftersales activity
• Manage stock presentation and aged inventory control
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards
• Monitor and report on key KPIs and take action to drive improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and FCA regulations
