This is a key leadership role for an individual who has a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the RTA field, with a strong background in operations management, compliance, and business development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the RTA sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle testing, registration, compliance, and RTA standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage multi-department operations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with financial and operational expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
