Reporting & Administration: Prepare daily revenue reports, handle end-of-day procedures, safeguard pet guests, and manage inventory. Shift Management: Oversee team shifts and ensure budget adherence while keeping operations running smoothly. Community Engagement: Promote My Three Dogs-Ashley River, network within the community, and represent our brand with enthusiasm. Requirements Management Experience: a proven track record of at least 2 years in management, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance. This role requires overseeing P&L, project management, departmental operations and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Guest Service: Strong commitment to guest service and their family members we serve. Tech Savvy: Knowledgeable about and skilled in using technology, particularly computers, software, and other digital tools. Comfortable with various gadgets and applications and can troubleshoot issues, understand new technologies quickly, and adapt to changing tech environments. People Management: Skilled in managing people, recruiting and retention, coaching, problem-solving, and maintaining confidentiality. Animal Experience: Previous experience with animals is a plus.
