KEY RESPONSABILITIES :

  • Lead the Business: Own and drive the strategic direction, annual business plans, and long-term growth strategies for the UK & Ireland Vision Care business.
  • Drive Performance: Inspire excellence across commercial, professional, marketing, and digital teams to deliver strong results and category leadership.
  • Transform the Market: Shape new go-to-market models and accelerate growth for the ACUVUE® brand through innovation and customer-centric strategies.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate senior-level partnerships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and industry associations.
  • Develop Talent: Build a strong leadership pipeline and foster a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous development.
  • Collaborate Globally: Represent the UK & Ireland perspective in regional and global forums, contributing to cross-market initiatives and innovation.
  • Champion Our Credo: Uphold our values of integrity, compliance, diversity and inclusion in every aspect of the business.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Proven success in Sales & Marketing leadership (10+ years), ideally within healthcare, consumer, or vision-related industries.
  • Strong General Management or Business Unit leadership experience with full P&L accountability.
  • Expertise in Key Account Management and strategic customer engagement.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation
  • A track record of leading large, multi-layered teams and developing future leaders.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, drive change, and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Fluent in English; MBA preferred.
