As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of dealership operations and ensure optimal performance, profitability and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Sales, Finance, Service, Parts and Accounting operations
• Maintain a healthy and profitable vehicle inventory
• Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual performance targets
• Ensure maximum profitability and efficiency in all departments
• Provide strategic leadership and cultivate a high-performance team culture
• Develop and execute effective marketing and advertising strategies
