We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a busy, wet-led bar with a fresh food offering in the heart of Wrexham. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a high-potential venue at a time when the town is experiencing a huge wave of investment, growth, and international attention thanks to its Hollywood connections and thriving local community.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for operations, sales, staff, and customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee day-to-day running of a wet-led bar with a fresh food kitchen
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a strong front- and back-of-house team
  • Manage staff rotas, payroll, budgets, and stock control
  • Drive sales and footfall through creative promotions and events
  • Ensure top standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
  • Deliver a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy bar/pub
  • Strong track record in wet-led operations and managing fresh food kitchens
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Knowledge of licensing law, food hygiene, and health & safety
  • Organised, resilient, and thrives under pressure
  • Passion for both hospitality and customer service
