Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing a strong market presence, and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• · Proven experience as a Country Manager or similar executive role.
• · Engineering/Telecom Degree Preferred, MBA Degree Preferred.
• · Working knowledge of Fixed Networks, Mobile Networks, IT, and ICT, etc.
• · Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Measure the percentage increase in revenue over time.
• Track overall business profitability
• Assess expenses against budget to maintain efficiency.
• Track new deals secured
• Evaluate cost-effectiveness in operations.
• Measure workforce satisfaction and engagement.
• Evaluate team growth and skill development.
