EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a fast paced managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector is essential. Japanese or similar cuisine would be a bonus.
• Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
• Previous management experience is required, demonstrating effective team management skills.
• Familiarity working with both alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Have the ability to be self disciplined, take full ownership of the business as if it were your own.
• Highly people focused both guests and colleagues with a terrific people culture

• Lead & manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
