A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…

  • We’re looking for a custodian for this beautiful luxury hotel. You’ll utilise the array of varying food and beverage and conference and banqueting opportunities at property to push this hotel to the next level, driving standards and the team to deliver an amazing guest experience
  • Beyond driving performance metrics like revenue, profit, and guest satisfaction, this role calls for a leader who can cultivate a high-performing team. We want someone who fosters a culture of engagement and development, empowering their colleagues to deliver world-class hospitality. Your leadership will not only shape the guest experience but also create a workplace where individuals thrive and grow.
  • You’ll utilise your commercial experience to leverage opportunities across the hotel and ensure cost control and driving key strategic incentives with your team
  • You will be an ambassador for the guest journey, ensuring brand values and service behaviours are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment, with a view to continuing to build the reputation of the hotel.
