Responsibilities

The General Manager is responsible for delighting guests by ensuring consistent quality in food, safety, and service standards, while leading, motivating, and developing the team members to succeed. This role also involves managing all operational aspects including inventory, scheduling, safety, and owning the full Profit and Loss statement.
