Duties * Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. * Train, develop, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency. * Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings that enhance guest satisfaction. * Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock availability. * Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. * Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas at all times. Experience * Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. * Strong knowledge of budgeting, culinary practices, and hospitality management principles. * Experience in training development and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with bartending operations is a plus. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
