Mō te tūranga / About the role
We are seeking a General Medicine Physician with a subspecialty in Diabetes and Endocrinology to join our multidisciplinary Medicine Services team.
Duties will include outpatient sessions, Rotorua and Taupo hospital inpatient care, Endocrinology and Diabetes investigations/procedures and on-call duties as per the physician’s roster.
You will also have the chance to liaise closely with junior medical staff and advise on assessment, investigation and treatment approach to patients.
Mō koe / About you
Be willing and able to do both Endocrinology and Diabetes.
Have an energetic approach to work and is self-motivated.
You must be eligible for Specialist Vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
