What You'll Do Maintain store appearance with a focus on prime shopping hours, product presentation and company standards. Ensure the store is always guest ready through effective replenishment. Order general merchandise from approved suppliers. Communicate with vendors and select items for order. Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset. Readily adjust schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs. Review department operating record and make adjustments to meet budget objectives. Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and propose product movement and rotation, including between onsite and online channels. Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered to. Assist customers with locating product; listen to customer comments and provide an excellent customer experience. Instruct and train department employees in their responsibilities; complete employee performance evaluations. Check on recalls; remove product and return as directed. Verify billing and paperwork. Record delivery of merchandise, compare records with merchandise order, and report discrepancies to control costs and maintain correct inventory levels. Develop display techniques for effective merchandising. Hang price tags and face product. Perform other duties as assigned. Benefits & Perks: Amazing earning potential, you'll be paid weekly.
