JOB DESCRIPTION

As one of the leaders in the laser cutting industry we are looking to appoint a General Metal Fabrication Labourer.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated ambitious person who is looking to develop new skills and create a successful career with a growing Company.

• Helping load and unload sheet plate and cut parts on/off the laser machine beds
• Count and package laser cut and fold parts as per our standards
• Support the operation of lasers during breaks and absenteeism
• Support the operation of press brakes during busy periods
• Support the operation of drilling, countersinking and tapping within our machine shop
• Deburr and clean up laser cut parts
• Unload, load, move, stack and store materials using a forklift
• Keep shopfloor and yard tidy at all times
• Be willing to be trained in all areas of the business including lasers and folding
