An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General OfficeAdministrator to work for a dynamic company in the Bicycle Industry, based in the centre of Leeds.
Restrap is a leading manufacturer of bicycle luggage, everything is made in house by our skilled and dedicated team
The smooth running of the business is of paramount importance and we are looking for a competent General Office Manager to provide essential administrative support to the team.
This role includes working closely with other departments
You will be playing a vital role in the smooth running of Restrap, including data input, invoicing and ensuring accuracy across all systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn new skills and the ability to stay resilient under pressure
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and order input.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documents are organised and easily accessible.
  • Process invoices and manage financial records using Xero.
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively chase outstanding confirmations
  • Support general administrative tasks across the department
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Some CRM experience
  • Assist with tracking company certifications, renewals, and health & safety requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
