Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and log jobs quickly and accurately
  • Assign jobs to engineers and approved contractors using our job management system
  • Review completed job reports and update client portals with relevant information
  • Raise and send invoices in a timely manner once works are completed
  • Schedule works effectively to ensure deadlines and service levels are met
  • Book travel arrangements and accommodation for engineers when needed
  • Provide general admin support to the wider team, including data entry and client communications
  • Maintain strong organisation and keep accurate digital records
