Description SG360° is seeking a motivated and detail General Office Assistant to join our Human Resources team for the summer. This position is ideal for students or individuals looking to gain practical experience in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks and support the HR team in daily operations. Job Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management. Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist with special HR projects and events, such as employee engagement activities and training programs. Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager. Requirements Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment.
