Superior Natural plant is the a certified GMP/HACCP tofu plant in Canada. We are also Kosher, Canada Organics certified.
Job Title: General Office Clerk
The incumbent is responsible for all Order Desk/ Customer Services Functions, working schedule is from Monday to Saturday, relieve staff on vacation/off may require:

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Good communication skills & organizational skills
  1. Excel in usage of General Office programs,
  • Computer skills; intermediate level in MS Office

This is a permanent full-time position, Hours of work in general between 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday depends on schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders in timely matter. Process sales orders, packing slip, picking slip, report, invoice, adjustment, EDI reporting
  • Coordinate with Shipping to ensure that our products are shipped per customers’ specifications
  • Order desk/customer service operation related duties
  • Inventory control and enter production records
  • Material and shop supplier purchasing
  • Receptionist duties, answer phone line, directly calls.
  • May include AR/AP function.
  • Assist in other office administrative duties when require.
