Familiarity with inventory management of Government Furnished Property (GFP). Prior background in quality control, facility oversight, or logistical coordination. Responsibilities: Assist applicants by providing requested forms and directing applicant flow. Answer on‑site telephones and route calls to the appropriate personnel. Provide support to applicants using electronic systems. Schedule and reschedule interviews and naturalization ceremonies. Perform tasks associated with conducting naturalization ceremonies, including distributing naturalization certificates and retrieving applicant documentation. Support processing of forms and applications used in the adjudication process. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with applicants and staff. Proficiency in reading and understanding English at a professional level. Ability to effectively support electronic systems and follow structured processes.
