Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the club, overseeing key departments including food & beverage, leisure, golf, spa, and front-of-house operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and the delivery of a first-class member and guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, support and motivate department heads and teams across all operational areas.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Drive revenue growth and cost control through effective planning and team leadership.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of daily operations, events, and member services.
  • Support strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives and improvements.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience at General Manager level, preferably within a hospitality, leisure, or club environment.
  • Proven leadership ability with a hands-on, proactive approach to operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service excellence in a luxury setting.
  • A commercial mindset with a track record of driving performance and guest satisfaction
