THE ROLE

As Salon General Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our Berkhamsted flagship, overseeing the smooth running of both Alchemy and Cecily. You’ll inspire, support, and lead a talented team, ensuring every detail of the client journey is delivered with five-star precision.
Your responsibilities will include:

ROLE SUMMARY

Title: Salon General Manager
Reports To: Group Operations Manager / GroupGeneral Managers Hair & Beauty
Direct Reports: Spa Team Leader (Cecily Day Spa) & Hair Team Leaders (Alchemy & I)
Hours: Full-time, including every 2nd Saturday and 1–2 late nights per week
Location: Berkhamsted High Street
