KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an industrial setting is desirable

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with power tools, saws, and other workshop or site equipment to support production, assembly, or general operations. This role requires attention to detail, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and maintain power tools, saws, and other hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with assembly, production, or cutting tasks as directed.
  • Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or equipment issues promptly.
  • Load, unload, and move materials or finished products as required.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform general labour tasks to support daily operations.
  • Be flexible to work in a variety of different areas throughout the production process.
