JOB SUMMARY:

As a General Operative, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, and quality control of yogurt & Cheese products. Picking Orders. You will operate machinery, monitor production processes, and ensure that all work complies with food safety standards and company procedures. You will be working in a cold enviornment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential).
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Flexible with shift patterns and willing to work weekends or overtime if required.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Computer skills
• Previouis expereince using a Power Pallet Truck.

• Picking Orders
• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment used in yogurt manufacturing.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to specified recipes and production requirements.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Identify and report any production or machinery issues to the supervisor.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
