Responsibilities

  • Operate Giants – Drive and manage some of the largest mobile plant machinery in the UK—think massive loading shovels and ADTs.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Operating heavy mobile plant safely and efficiently (Loading Shovels, ADTs, and more).
  • Supporting production across the site, including key areas like the crusher, wash plant, and control room.
  • Conducting pre-start checks, identifying defects, and ensuring your kit and workspace are clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Communicating closely with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Following all site safety and environmental procedures—safety always comes first.
