This varied and hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation while supporting different departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. You’ll play a key role in keeping our store, café, plant area, and outdoor spaces clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

• General Cleaning & Upkeep: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring all areas—including staff rooms and public spaces—are clean and well-maintained.
• Floor Maintenance: Using floor washers and buffers to keep store floors spotless.
• Waste Management & Recycling: Emptying bins, sorting waste, handling cardboard, and keeping recycling areas organised.
• Car Park & Outdoor Maintenance: Litter picking, sweeping paths, and keeping outdoor seating areas clean and tidy.
• Toilet Cleaning & Maintenance: Regularly cleaning and restocking public and staff toilets to maintain hygiene standards.
• Customer Assistance: Collecting and returning trolleys, ensuring baskets are available, assisting customers with purchases, and providing friendly support when needed.
• Warehouse & Logistics Support: Assisting with stock movement, deliveries, and general organisation in storage areas.
• Team Support: Helping out across different departments, including the shop, café, and plant area, as needed.
